How to Delete Your Account

If you no longer wish to participate in Bernikins, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

Method 1: Inside the App (Fastest)

1. Open the Bernikins app and log into your account.
2. Tap the "Gear" icon to open Settings.
3. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.

Method 2: Via Email (Web / No app required)

1. Send an email to support@bernikins.com.
2. You MUST send the email from the exact address associated with your Bernikins account.
3. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

What Data is Deleted?

In-app deletions are processed immediately. For email requests, the following data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of verifying your request:

• Your Email Address and User ID
• Your Name
• Your items and lists

Note: Once processed, this action cannot be undone and your account cannot be recovered.
